GTG would like us to feedback them any product gaps or system issues. Whether that is, you are unable to locate a customer on the GTG system or you get an error message when trying to update medical conditions on an existing policy etc.
If the issue is not urgent, please fill in a System Agent Form, so that we can record and investigate the problems. The System Agents will then liaise with Lisa Challis at GTG directly via lisa.challis@ancileinsurance.com
If the issue is urgent, please complete a Wufoo Form for GTG to look into the issue. GTG have a 24 working hour turn-over time for dealing with their forms. And GTG are only open MoNday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
