Any change in circumstance since taking out either a single or annual policy will need to be updated.
If an existing customer is under investigation without a confirmed diagnosis, please refer each case to the underwriter, using the Wufoo Form.
If the customer is under investigation since taking out the policy and has Gold or Platinum cover, then they would still have cancellation cover in place and we would still cover them for anything that has already been screened. However we would not be able to provide cover for the new undiagnosed condition.
