Good to Go (TIF) - How do I cancel a policy?

If no claims are pending or outstanding and it's within the 14 day cooling off period, please complete a GTG Wufoo Form for GTG to action this. Please also state on the form, the reason for cancellation and the best contact number for the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Outside of the 14 days cooling off period, the refund is pro rata'd, they do not receive the full amount.

Make sure you leave booking history!

And please DO NOT advise the customer they will be contacted by GTG.
