Good to Go (TIF) - What do I do if the customer does not want to pay the additional premium on an amendment?

If the customer does not want to pay the additional premium, please send a Wufoo over to Good to Go with all of the details. They may do a pro rata refund for the customer, depending on the circumstances. 

If they are not fit to travel now, they may be able to claim on the policy for cancellation if they have cancellation cover included on their policy.
