Good to Go (TIF) - How & when do we amend a policy?

To amend a policy, upgrade the cover, extend the duration or amend the medical screening, this can be done within the GTG system.

The only thing you can't do is cancel a policy.

Please check if they have made any claims or have any pending. 

After confirming the amendment, take the additional premium and leave booking history.

Please note this is the same process whether this is before the customer travels or if their holiday has already commenced.
