TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM JULY 2020) - What should I do when a customer asks if their holiday destination is on a travel ban?

 

If a customer contacts us regarding their holiday destination, and are enquiring if their holiday destination is on the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO). 

 

We are UNABLE to to provide this information to the customer as this is the customer's responsibility to check before travelling to check if their cover is invalid through a change in advice. 

 

This is to prevent us from providing incorrect information and potentially being liable.
