TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM JULY 2020) - Do our policies cover End Supplier Failure?

Our Biketours, Cruise Silver, Cruise Gold, Cruise Plus, Non-Cruise Silver, Non-Cruise Gold and Non-Cruise Platinum policies, come with End Supplier Failure.

For our Cruise Gold policy, please see page 13. For Cruise Plus, see page 14. For Non-Cruise Silver, see page 13. For Non-Cruise Gold, see page 13 and for Non-Cruise Platinum, see page 13. 

This means, for the above policies, during the period of insurance and the customer had to cancel their trip because of financial failure of the end supplier of the travel arrangements i.e. a holiday company has gone into administration, which does not form part of a package holiday.  

Please note, this section of the policy is administered by International Passenger Protection Limited and is underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE. Customers will need to quote their policy number, travel insurance policy name i.e. Biketours and the reference: EFSI V2-20.

Aggregator July 2020, Non-Cruise Bronze, Cruise Bronze, Bronze UK policies only come with Scheduled Airline Failure. Scheduled Airline Failure insurance is a specific type of travel insurance that protects travellers who choose to book flights only directly with an airline, rather than as a package.

Our Staycation and Coach policies DO NOT come with either End Supplier Failure or Scheduled Airline Failure.
