Can we reinstate policies?

We can only reinstate policies if they have been cancelled in our error, due to good reason and the policy was cancelled within the same month of their reinstate request i.e. the policy was cancelled on 11th October. The latest we can reinstate the policy, would be the 31st October.

Otherwise, the customer will have to purchase a new policy. 

We cannot reinstate a policy, if the customer has changed their mind.
