Call From Travel Agents About Postal Going Into CC

From 02/12/2019, the Travel Agent Network (appointed reps) will no longer have full policy documentation in their offices to share with the customers. Instead we have asked agents to obtain the customer's email and the system will send all the docs electronically to the customer.

In the event that the travel agent has NOT captured the customer's email address, we have asked the customer to call us on 0800 171 000, to request a full postal version from our CC.

Prior to sending a full postal version, please try to obtain an email address from the customer. As quite often, the agents have not asked the customer for this!! We can still send a paper version if required but it's important we capture email addresses where we can. It's always useful if a customer needs to make a claim at a later date.

If the customer needs postal copies of their documents, please email the Mail Room on insuranceconfirmations@holidayextras.com with their policy number and leave booking history!
