Agent Trading As: World Youth Tournaments

World Youth tournaments are a TTA member who organises trips for children taking part in Amateur Football Tournaments, they currently have a group of around 600 children going to Sweden to play football, but there could be other trips organised throughout each year as well.
Our Support Team will issue these policies where they are travelling in a group as there will be large numbers on each policy.
They will email the agent all of the gatekeeper questions and criteria to check if any of the insured have any pre-existing medical conditions that will need to be declared. See Group Policy Letter attached below.
The document they email to the agent advises that EACH insured person, or parent of an insured child, will need to read and agree to the content of the letter. One person will be responsible for signing this, along with the agent, to confirm that everyone has read it.
If any of the insured does have a pre-existing medical condition, they will refer them into our CC to receive a separate quote to include cover for their condition, so you should only receive calls where they need to include cover for their medical condition.
TIF have now agreed that Amateur tournaments are covered as standard under the policy. No Activity Pack required if this is the only activity they will be taking part in. If they call through wanting a quote to include cover for a medical condition, go through the quote process as usual.
No need to refer to TIF, they have advised that they will cover them.
