Alice Pope in the Insurance Pod has provided us with a nifty little email checker, to find out whether a customer has definitely had an email confirmation from us. So rather than just email insurance.queries@holidayextras.com straight away with a manual email resend request, you can check whether the customer was sent their confirmation and if it may have gone into their spam folder or error'd etc. And obviously, check we have the correct spelling of their email address.

There is a 'Product Type' drop-down, that allows you to just pick insurance.
Unfortunately, the 'Booking Reference' search box, doesn't work, when already viewing a specific policy. So you have to click back to the homepage to use this function each time.
When you click on 'View Emails' by the customer's policy number, it will either show the 'Status' as:
- Delivered (Read) - (They definitely got it and read it)
- Delivered (Not Read) - (They definitely got it and mostly likely gone into their spam filter)
- Error - (Has not sent and there has been some error)
