Using a voucher to make a new airport booking

Airport customers who have been affected by COVID19 were offered vouchers, as an alternative to cancelling or amending their bookings.

They can use these vouchers to pay online for a new hotel, parking, lounge or airport transfer booking.

If customers are having issues with their voucher, please ask them to complete this Form and this will be looked into for them.
