Yes, you can cancel a policy with us, subject to our terms and conditions, and then look to find a policy elsewhere, which will cover for changes to Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) advice. The refund will depend on when the policy was purchases and if they have travelled or claimed on their policy.
