We have made some changes to what we post to our customers. From the 01/10/2019, we now offer a postal lite version, which is around 4 pages.
From the 01/10/2010, the lite option will be the default for printing and posting. To clarify;
- We still take the approach, that from an environmental perspective, we would like to avoid printing and would prefer to email.
- For customers that DO have an email but are ALSO asking for us to post. We will email the full policy wordings and post the lite option. For these instances, select the 'Postal Lite' option.
- For customers that have NO email and want a posted copy, we will send them the full policy wordings. To do this you need to select 'Postal Conformation'.
