What do we class as a 'Specialist'?

In our TIF Gatekeepers and Medical Screening, we refer to a 'Specialist'. 

 

Verisk have confirmed that, "A specialist would be defined as someone who speclalises in a particular area - for e.g dietician or physiotherapist."
