Dubai P&O Cruise Cancellations Directive (TIF) August 2019

Please see TIF's directive on the P&O cruise cancellations. Our CC process is for this occasion:
 
1) If the customer has rebooked another cruise, amend the policy. Checking firstly that no claims made or pending and that they are not intending to claim on the policy.
 
2) If the customer is NOT rebooking another trip, and they are getting a full refund, they can request a full refund on the policy. Again, providing no claims made or pending and they are not intending to claim. For us to refund the policy, they will need to send us in proof that they have received a full refund of the trip by emailing insurance.team@holidayextras.com, or posting marked to the attention of Insurance CC Managers.
