GTG Call Backs

As of July 2019, we are no longer offering call backs for our GTG customers. If you need to send a customer back to the doctors or for any other reason and you cant finish the quote, then you can give them their reference number and ask them to call back when they have the information needed.
 
YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE LEAVING REALLY CLEAR BOOKING HISTORY AS TO WHY THEY ARE CALLING BACK AND WHERE YOU HAVE GOT TO IN THE CALL SO THE PERSON PICKING THE CALL UP WILL HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THEY NEED TO DO. 
 
YOU NEED TO STATE CLEARLY THAT THIS IS AN INCOMPLETE QUOTE IN THE NOTES!!
 
The only time we can offer a callback is if Verisk is not open at the time of the customers call. If you need to set a call back please make sure you attempt to do this and let shifty or TM know you need it to be done. If you are part time or not going to be in for the time of the callback and cant not commit to the call, please fill out a call back form and leave good notes on the system for whoever picks this up.
