How do we refund the IPT to residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man on Magenta Gold?

If you have not yet made the booking, make sure on the 'Trip Details' page on Magenta Gold, you select from the 'Residence' drop-down menu, IOM, if available. This will automatically not charge the customer IPT (Insurance Premium Tax) on their policy. See video: http://recordit.co/gic0D49lUM

However, if IOM is not available under the 'Residence' drop-down menu or the customer has already purchased the policy with IPT, please email Insurance Team on insurance.team@holidayextras.com with all the relevant details and they will get this refunded back to the customer.
