Power of Attorney

A power of attorney or letter of attorney, is a written authorisation to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter.

Just because someone has 'power of attorney', doesn't mean we can speak to them about someone else's policy automatically. If the lead passenger of the policy is well enough to give consent to us, to speak to the 'power of attorney' about their policy, than the usual DPA follows.

Any questions about this, speak to Emma James or Compliance.
