Available TIF upgrades
- Winter Sports (maximum age 65).
- Hazardous activities.
- Gadget cover.
- Increased cancellation.
- Car hire excess.
- Single to annual.
- Destination group changes.
- Date changes or longer trip duration.
- We are able to add passengers to policies post sale, as long as the policy has not started and no claims made or pending. You must ensure that the rate type is amended accordingly and the policy recalculated.
All of the above upgrades can be added to the following TIF policies (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and TIF cruise policies), up until the point of travel. However, the rules for Essential (TIF) and Aggregator (TIF) policies vary.
However, in regards to Hazardous Activities and Winter Sports, these can be added when the customer is on holiday. As long as they haven't started the activity and subject to it being accepted by our system.
