TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - Do we amend a policy, if the customer’s health deteriorates?

Yes, both single or annual multi-trips should be amended to reflect this. We need to add the new condition/amend the answer to the existing screening and ask the customer since purchasing the policy has ANYTHING ELSE changed. Please ensure that you leave full booking notes to reflect this and if there is an additional premium take this from the customer.
