TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - If a customer has a NON medical policy and now has a change in health, can we amend the policy or do we need to do a cancel & rebook?

Yes - We can answer yes to the relevant gatekeeper which will allow for a medical screening. In this scenario we should go through ALL gatekeepers before adding newly diagnosed condition.

**This is for all CC issued policies ONLY** For policies issued by a Travel Agent, we would need to issue a new policy and the customer would need to go back to the Travel Agent to cancel and refund the policy that is no longer fit for purpose.
