TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - What do we do, if the customer amends their policy and it then declines cover?

If a customer amends their policy which was purchased on/after 1st April 2019 and it then declines cover, please give them the following two options:

1. Claim for cancellation for all pending trips

2. Cancel the policy with a pro-rata refund 

If the customer wants a pro-rata refund, please email: insurance.team@holidayextras.com 

*However, if a customer has made a claim on their policy already, they are not entitled to get a pro rota refund of the policy. This is because, they have technically used the policy.*
