TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - What do I do, if the customer does not want to pay the additional premium on an amendment?

If the condition declared is not serious, then we could potentially look at excluding it. For any exclusions, this must be referred to TIF. However, this is not something we would want to do. We could would generally offer 2 options:

1. Claim for cancellation for all pending trips. 

2. Cancel the policy with a pro-rata refund. If the customer wants a pro-rata refund, please email: insurance.team@holidayextras.com
