If the customer's relative becomes ill and our customer is unable to travel due to this they would be entitled to submit a claim providing;
- They weren't aware of their relatives condition prior to purchase,
- It was a significant and unexpected change of circumstance
- It's deemed medically necessary for our customer not to travel
*If the customer needs further information we can give the customer the phone number for claims and they will be able to advise them accordingly.
