If claims, an agent or a customer is looking for their policy info and you cannot find it on our systems, you can contact Finance or locate it via:
Store's ABTA / customer's holiday reference / first 3 letters of the lead customer's surname
eg. for James Villas
AD897/1234567/TES
The holiday reference is the reference number the customer will receive from their Travel Agent and it's always unique.
Please note, these policies take 30 days to import. For instance, if purchased in store in June, it won't be on our system until July.
