Yes but in order for the customer to get the cashback, they would need to purchase the policy online via Top Cash Back etc. If there are problems with the website they would need to contact TCB / Quidco.
In order for a customer to earn cash back using Quidco or Top Cashback, it states on their website that the purchase must be made wholly online due to tracking on their websites. If a customer calls us to buy their policy, they will not receive their cash back, even if you use the relevant agent code.
This also applies to TCB etc renewals. If the customer wants to earn cash back on an annual renewal, they must go back and purchase it through the Quidco's / Top Cashback's website again.
