Please be aware that if the Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) advises that you are not able to travel to a certain country, our policy will not be able provide cover.
This also applies if the cruise they are travelling on, stops at this country.
And say that the customer finds out after booking our policy, that the country they are going to, has now been deemed unsafe by the FCDO, this is classed as a "known event" and they will not be able to use the policy to claim on. The customer can however, change the dates and location on the policy for a new trip but please advise them, that due to our live pricing system, prices can vary per trip. Any concerns, please email the Underwriter.
Please see FCDO'S website for more information: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/foreign-commonwealth-office#content
