TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - If a customer has a pre-booked timeshare as accommodation, could they claim towards cancellation, if they couldn't go?

TIF have replied, "For a claim of this type, we would need proof of the amount paid for the accommodation for the period they are due to be away, proof of the maintenance fee, and also proof/confirmation that the booking cannot be rebooked/reused. We would then consider the claim."
