TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - Can a customer choose to exclude cover for their medical conditions on our policies?

No. Customer's cannot cherry pick, what conditions they wish to declare on any of our policies (Aggregator (TIF), Essential (TIF), Bronze-Platinum etc) and must answer the medical gatekeepers accordingly.
