Aggregators (TIF) - If my customer has purchased a non medical Aggregator policy online, can we add medical conditions to this?

No. You will need to change the existing non-medical campaign in Magenta Gold to a medical policy and then re-run through all the Aggregator Gatekeepers, new policy levels and excesses with the customer and screen as usual and take the additional premium for the price change. 

If a customer has taken a non-medical MSM & Travel Agent policy out and now is calling to add on medical, this has to be cancelled and rebooked for a medical policy. As these policies cannot be cancelled in Magenta Gold, as we do not hold the money for these policies and it causes a lot of work for the support team, MSM & Firemelon to rectify if we cancel these in Magenta. Please can you confirm if any claims are pending etc and email the request over to insurance.team@holidayextras.com

For MSM & Travel Agent single policies, if a customer needs to add medical to their existing NON-medical policy, this requires a cancel and rebook, due to the way Magenta Gold is set-up. To treat these customers fairly, as we are not able to change Campaigns on Magenta Gold for these policies, we will offer these customers a full refund on their NON-medical policy, as long as they purchase their new medical policy with us. Otherwise and for AMT MSM and Travel Agent policies, normal cancellation terms and conditions follow.
