Once a policy is outside of our 14 day cooling off period, we can only upgrade policies i.e. include add-on's such as: add people, choose a higher destination, change dates, add medical but we cannot downgrade a policy i.e. reduce to a lower destination group or remove people from the policy.
However, please check first that there are no claims are pending or outstanding.
In regards to Gadget Cover and Winter Sports, these can only be added on, prior to the customer travelling, not during their holiday.
