No. TIF do not cover inter-connecting flights on any of our TIF products, including Aggregators. We only cover flights to the destination the customer is travelling to.
However, TIF policies ONLY allow you to claim towards the outbound journey (i.e the initial flight out). NOT the inbound, for delays.
