TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIl 2019) - Do we declare Postnatal Depression?

TIF have said on this matter, "Not unless Postnatal Depression is current and ongoing. If the customer had it 20 years ago, and the children have since grown up, we would not need to declare it."
