TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - Can a customer choose to exclude cover for their medical conditions on our policies?

No - All conditions that fall within the gatekeeper questions need to be declared. This applies to both HX+ and Aggregator policies. 

For direct customers only you can refer to White Horse.

However, if you have to refer a case to TIF and they agree to exclude a condition, you do not need to screen for this condition because TIF are not covering it. Just make detailed booking history.
