TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIl 2019) - What happens on a policy, if the customer becomes unwell & the treatment or care needed, takes them over their trip duration?

TIF have said on this matter, "If the reason for extension is beyond their control (ie medical emergency), the policy would automatically extend."
