For old AGA Dawson and Sanderson policies booked up to the 30th March 2019, if someone is looking for their policy info, they will call quoting something like 001/xtra/003522 for Mr S Tesler, for instance.
You will not be able to locate it on our system under that type of reference. To locate it, either contact Julia Snashall in Finance or locate it on our systems via:
Dawson & Sanderson ABTA 24664 / last digits from the customer's D&S booking reference, not including 0's) / first 3 letters of the lead customer's surname
eg. for Dawson and Sanderson

The holiday reference is the reference number the customer will receive from their Travel Agent and it's always unique. You only need to use the last non 0 digits of their holiday reference* i.e. if their holiday reference is 001111, only type 1111.Please note, these policies take 30 days to import. For instance, if purchased in store in June, it won't be on our system until July.
Please do not endorse these policies or make any changes because like any other Travel Agent policy, the customer must be referred back to the Agent or our Sales Team.
