TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - Can an agent ring through to do a quote on behalf of a customer?

An agent can call through to do a non medical policy on behalf of a customer.

Ensure they have checked for medical conditions and completed the Gatekeeper questions, and they have completed all of the legal statements.

If we would be taking payment directly from the customer, we would need to complete the quote / policy with the customer to ensure full FCA is completed.

If the agent is calling for a medical policy, we have to speak to the customer and can only take basic information from the agent and then we would need to re-confirm this info with the customer prior to proceeding. We can't set up a medical quote with the Agent.
