We don't need to declare this, if the customer has had treatment or is taking medication in regards to gender realignment or transitioning between genders, unless it is medically related. Even if the customer has Gender Dysphoria. However, if the customer has other conditions linked to their Gender Dysphoria, such as anxiety, these would need to be declared.
Changing genders is not considered a medical condition.
Just like cosmetic surgery; we are unable to cover anything directly or indirectly related. This includes post-operative complications / infections. We are not excluding all claims for transgender people. We are only be excluding claims directly or indirectly related to the cosmetic surgery involved, just as we treat other cosmetic surgeries.
This would apply to AGA, TIF, White Horse, GTG and All Clear.
