TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM JULY 2020) - Can we downgrade a policy, if the customer changes their duration or area of cover?

We are unable to downgrade the area (destination) of cover. If the customer has a single trip policy and has changed their holiday, we can amend the dates but we would leave the area of cover as it is (unless they need to upgrade the destination cover). If the change of dates/duration changes reduces the premium, this can be refunded. 

However, if a customer has a cruise policy and needs to downgrade to a land based policy, as they are no longer going on a cruise, as to be eligible for a cruise policy, you need to be going on a cruise, we can downgrade the policy type. 

Aggregator Cruise Cover Add-On

We CANNOT remove the Cruise Cover add-on for Aggregator policies though, if a customer is not longer going on a cruise, outside of their 14 day cooling off period. The reason for this is, their policy has still covered them for cruise holiday cancellation fees from their policy purchase or start date.
