TIF PRODUCTS (SOLD FROM APRIL 2019) - What is the IVR?

Holiday Extras is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. To allow us to give you a travel insurance quotation as quickly as possible, we will only give you limited information about us, the product provider and the cover they offer. We do not provide recommendations or advice on any of our products but will provide factual information about the policy cover so you can decide whether they meet your needs.

You must to the best of your knowledge provide accurate answers to the questions you will shortly be asked. If you do not answer the questions truthfully it could result in your policy being invalid or a claim being declined. If you do not understand a question, you must therefore ask us for clarification before answering it.

As you may have heard, businesses in the UK are subject to new data protection laws, which include ensuring that you are aware of both your rights and how we, as a company, use your data. Full details are available online or can be provided by the advisor over the phone if required.

As part of the travel insurance quotation we will be taking some of your personal and sensitive information, and by providing this you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of our privacy policy. The information provided to Holiday Extras may be shared with business critical partners for insurance administration. It will not be for the soliciting of business.

All of our prices quoted to you today are inclusive of 20% Insurance Premium Tax and also include the commission we will be paid by from the insurer as a percentage of the premium. We do not charge any fees in addition to the premium.

If any of your circumstances change after purchasing a policy please notify us immediately. Changes to your circumstances may result in a change of premium, policy levels of cover offered or in exceptional circumstances cover may be withdrawn.
