Good to Go (TIF) - What can I do if a quote declines?

There are various things you can do, such as:

  • If the GTG customer is a non UK resident, GTG have a relationship with 'Voyager Travel', who are an affiliate of GTG, who do sell travel insurance to non UK residents. As this information is on GTG’s website, you can direct them to GTG’s website where it says this. Please see: https://www.goodtogoinsurance.com/non-uk-already-travelled
  • If the GTG customer is suffering from an undiagnosed condition, please fill in a Wufoo Form, as GTG may still cover the customer on a policy but not for the condition they are being investigated for.
  • If a quote declines for any reason, like medical risk rating, fill in a Wufoo Form, to see if GTG will accept cover on a case-by-case instance and if they cannot, cross-sell to us. If you do cross-sell to us, please used the source code WD814.
  • Please remember with GTG, even though they use the same Underwriter as us (TIF), they are happy to underinsure customers for cancellation cover but please do explain to customer's that if they do this, their claims will be pro-rata'd by the amount they have underinsured themselves by.
