If you get any customers on a GTG line who have a policy number starting PTM (PayingtooMuch), can you please advise them to call 01243 784 000.
If the policy starts with OPT/RUN/API/RDT/OTI/CRU/OPE, they will need to call All Clear on 01708 339 026.
With GTG Affiliate customers, please explain that it is a different department for their policies and the correct department is only open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We cannot load Affiliate bookings/quotes our end, as we don’t have access to them.
