This is something the underwriters will look at. GTG have said they would be willing to look at extending cover for a maximum of 3 weeks after the 94 days. Please bear in mind that the underwriters will not extend for more than 3 weeks and there's no guarantee that they will be able to cover them, as it's based on the destination, age and medical.
Make sure you are setting up the quote for the 94 days, the quote needs to be completed before sending over to GTG. Send over details of the extension with the date the customer is wanting to extend it to and please make sure we have the correct contact number for the customer.
