Please note for all claims & emergency phone numbers MUST be obtained from the customer's policy wording, as they vary per underwriter and policy type. If the customer is calling for a claims or emergency number: 

  • Please take their policy number and open this in CARE.
  • Confirm DPA.
  • Open their policy wording & give the claims number from the wording document.
  • Leave booking notes to say you have given out the claims number.
