Latitude (AGA) - Would a cruise customer be covered to be emergency evacuated from the ship or transported by air ambulance on a policy?

Yes in theory if it was deemed medically necessary, they would be covered for this in a medical emergency situation to be treated on board, or be taken off board and be treated on land, or failing that if the medical recommendation was that they are repatriated to the UK or to another location. However if the customer has medical conditions they must ensure that everything is declared and they are fit enough to travel.
