Latitude (AGA) - What happens if a customer's holiday has been cancelled by their travel agent?

If the customer wishes to claim on the policy for their holiday we can not refund the policy.

If they are being refunded in full by their travel agent they can send proof of this to insurance.team@holidayextras.com and we will refund the policy as long as there are no claims made or pending.
