Our policies do not cover volcanic ash or airspace closure. Under the cancellation and curtailment, missed departure and delayed departure sections - we exclude cover for the withdrawal from service of an aircraft, cross channel train or sea vessel (temporarily or permanently), on which you are booked to travel, by the carrier or recommendation or order of any government, civil aviation authority, port authority, rail authority or other similar authority in any country. This includes airspace closure and volcanic ash.
